Product Description

Extract natural juice from fruits and vegetables with the power of steam. Just boil water in the bottom pan and place fruits or vegetables in the top colander. As the water boils, the steam rises up and concentrated juice drips down into the center juice kettle, where it can be extracted through a heat-resistant tube. Use the juice for making jelly, syrup, nectar, or to store as concentrate. This juicer has multiple functions and can be used as a regular stock pot, vegetable steamer, or just use the top as a regular kitchen colander. It can also be used in the oven as a roaster. The stock pot holds up to 8 quarts and has a flat, clad bottom for even heating, making it ideal for any cook top, including smooth top and induction ranges.

I'm in LOVE with this steam juicer

Purchased this to do muscadine grapes this year. This is awesome, in no time I had plenty of juice ready to be turned into jelly. No need to crush the grapes, just rinse, remove stems and put in colander basket. You can remove the middle pot and use this to steam veggies. Highly worth the cost, especially if you have to process a lot of fruit.

Have Owned One for Nearly 20 Years

This is durable, effective, and easy to use! What more could you ask for? I have owned one for going on 20 years and the only thing I've ever had to replace is the drain tubing. The original tube was, I think, made of rubber because it rotted, but the new silicone hoses are much more durable. Honestly, folks, if you want an easy and effective way to obtain juice from your apples, berries, and even chickens (yes!) buy this! It's affordable, well made, and, as you can tell, I just can't say enough good words about it. You can't do better - yes, you can PAY more, but why?I highly recommend and endorse this product. I make juice every year. I can every year. I make jellies, I obtain stock for soup from chickens, and use the soup pot for a variety of purposes. I don't keep this downstairs with my canning equipment; it's an integral part of my kitchen. Make room on your shelf and buy one!
