The mirror-polished stainless cooking pans have a think aluminum sandwich bottom for fast and even heat distribution. The lids snug into the wide pot rim and are double-walled for increased heat insulation. On the inside, lids are lower in the middle than around the edge. This design forces condensation from cooking foods to gather and fall from the center of the lid back into the pan instead of escaping from around the rim. The stay cool high-heat resistant handles don't take up room on the stove. Hotpan's brightly colored serving holder of high quality, scratch resistant melamine acts as a thermal blanket, retaining heat. Wife loves it

She saw it on a cooking show that didn't advertise it or mention the manufacturer. After some research I was able to identify it as the above product and ordered it for her. She is usually extremely thrifty with kitchen appliances but she loves it and considers it well worth the price.

Great Product!

I really like this HotPan. I don't have to spent too much time in front of the stove and don't have to use a lot of electricity to cook the food. For a cooking dummy like me, the food comes out great every single time I use this pan.
