Wonderful quality - easy to use!

I was a little intimidated by the concept of pressure cooking, but this one is so easy to use, I will never go back to the old slow way of cooking. There are no pressure bars to watch, nor is there ar clumsy closing mechanism for the lid - just a simple twist and it is locked. Use high heat until the regulator hisses, then reduce the temp, set the timer and your dish will be ready in 2/3 the normal time. Love it!

The cooker arrived scratched. Pretty disappointing to pay for a "quality" product and to receive it in this state. Makes you wonder about overall quality control.
