A work of art!

This is my second Vitaquick. I have a larger (6.4 qt.) pan but I mostly cook for just one or two so this 4.2 qt. is a nice size for me.I can't get over how beautiful this cooker is. Love the dimpled bottom, the disc that covers the entire bottom of the pan, how easy it is to place the lid on the base and the steamer basket...what a beautiful design! Everything about this PC is pure genius! This PC cooks so efficiently and expertly I find myself looking for occasions to use it. Clean-up is easy and rast.I have a few Kuhn Rikon PCs but the Fissler is head and shoulders over all the others.ETA: After a few weeks of usage I found some brown spots on the exterior walls of this pan. After trying to remove them and then panicking because I thought the stainless was defective, I messaged Fissler customer service to find that the cause was calcium deposits from my water. They suggested I use a good stainless cleaner (I used Kuhn Rikon Swiss Cleaner) and the spots came right off. My pan is back to its original gorgeous self!!!

Fissler makes great pressure cookers

Recommend highly - great size. Love the steamer insert and the bottom is great for saute and sauce. Fissler rocks
